I'm hosting a whole new kind of Mini Retreat at Ramsgate Space on the 16th August with other amazing practitioners.

We'll start the day with a little introduction of how the day will flow and a chance to meet each other

The first class will be my Boxercise class to set everyone up for the day, and get the blood pumping

Up next comes nutritious snack to replenish some energy, before we move onto our mindfulness practices, with Blissful Being to calm the body and de-stress

We'll then move into a relaxing yoga session with Katie and finish off the day, with a calming tuning fork therapy session with Steve

To round off the day we'll end with more nutritious food and chance
